We aren’t here to dump your money in a bunch of funds and check in with you once a year. We’ll analyze world-class research every single day, and we’ll actively trade on your behalf using a strategy that YOU can understand.

We believe in a “we” not “me” financial plan. In other words, instead of worrying about how long our money supports us, let’s look at how we can positively impact the lives around us with our money, too. We’ll encourage generosity in our planning and are firm believers that it is better to give with a warm hand than a cold one.
Generational Chain Breaking
Quarterly meetings are the standard, but you have unlimited access to your advisor at your preferred cadence. We recognize the life-changing power of learning how the game of money works, and it happens over time, through education and many, many conversations. We’re here for all of them.
We’ve learned first hand when we can emotionally detach from money and use it for what it is, a tool to accomplish our life’s purpose…in other words, when we reconstruct our relationship with money….our lives will change.
And THAT is the heart of our mission.

This life isn’t about us. We’re not on this Earth to look out for number 1. We recognize that true fulfillment comes from using our unique gifts in the service of others.
Faith, family, personal health, work, in that order. Keeping these in alignment helps us focus on what matters. We aren’t after “work-life balance.” Instead, focusing on these areas of our lives, in this order, keeps us aligned with how we are created to live.

In every thought and action, we want to leave the place we’re in better than we found it. We are lights on a hill in the lives we cross paths with.
Lead by example
The only way to lead. There is no such thing as asking someone to do something we wouldn’t do ourselves. If we wouldn’t do it, we won’t ask someone to do it for us.
Do what’s right
What is right isn’t always what is easy. From the smallest detail to major course corrections, we do what is right, always.
Practice confident humility
Stand for something or fall for anything. We believe in what we stand for. We have no interest in proving we are right, shaming others, or bragging.
Good isn’t good enough. Excellence is the standard.
The world isn’t changed by people who do a good job. Our purpose is to positively change the world, and that requires excellence. Good can never be our standard if we are going to be world-changers.
Better every day. The day we stop learning is the day we die. We are on lifelong journeys of continuous improvement.
Discipline, not motivation. We know motivation is a fleeting emotion. Discipline is what carries us through good and bad times and is a necessary ingredient for sustained excellence.
Dream Big. Nothing transformative happens when we play it safe. We are not afraid to fail. That’s all part of chasing a big dream. Big dreams change the world. We are dreamers.
