Yes, Reconstructing Wealth is a fee-only RIA. We are legally required to act as a fiduciary (put your interests ahead of ours) with 100% of the decisions we make. We cannot accept payment in the form of commission, so we’ll never push a product on you because it pads our wallets.

We are ONLY paid by our clients – no referral fees, no insurance commissions, no financial product kickbacks. We charge an AUM fee (AUM = Assets Under Management) based on the total dollars we manage on your behalf. Here’s how it breaks down:

$1,000,001-$2M = 1.75%
$2,000,001-$3M = 1.5%
$3,000,001-$4M = 1.25%
$4,000,001-$5M = 1%
